PINOY RHYTHMS isn’t just about music to its creators; it’s a breathe of fresh air to Filipinos especially those that have settled in other parts of the world. Unfortunately, for Filipinos abroad, there’s limited access to Filipino music daily except for a few internet radios and CDs they might have brought along.
After a few hours at the think tank, it was there that we got inspired with the idea of a ready source of Filipino music that would be easily accessible for everyone. And how else to achieve that - but to use the worldwide web to reach people globally. Hence, Pinoy Rhythms was created.
We wanted to give the Filipinos all over the world a format that they would enjoy listening to and would make them feel as close to the Philippines as possible, even just in spirit. We will strive to bring laughter and joy to the hearts of Filipinos away from home.
