eRadioportal Meeting point is an online community where all listeners of eRadioportal channels are able to interact with the stations and other listeners. Here are answers to some frequently asked questions:
1. How can a particular radio station to be included in our eRadioportal streaming channel?
Here are what is needed for eRadioportal to include a station in our streams:
- Request for and approve our MOA (memorandum of agreement)
- Techinical requirements: One windows XP machine with a quality sound card that is dedicated for encoding the stereo signal from the station
- Dedicated 128kbps DSL line
- Small monthly maintenance fee
2. How does it benefit Radio Stations to be streamed online?
Putting a radio station online, increases the station’s audience reach. More people from any country can “tune” in digitally and listen to the broadcast. Additionally, we have found that , due to time zone differences, the “prime time hours” for advertisers are increased. The “graveyard” shift in one country, may be the prime time hour in another country.
3. Can a radio station be included in your directory listing?
We are happy to include your stations in our directory listings. This is for free. We will need your Station Name, ID, frequency, Operating hours, Station Manager, Contact Numbers, email address, and or website.
You may also get a call from one of our staff, as we are currently updating the directory listings in our site.
4. I want to involve myself more into the community by volunteering as a moderator. What should i do?
Dont wait! Contact us right now!! We need volunteers! 
We are only too happy to get volunteers to help this community get off the ground. We have limited resources in moderating the posts of fellow members and volunteers can improve the quality of this site.
